Indicator tapes for dry sterilization

Single-sided tape formulated for dry sterilization, made of impregnated semi-crepe paper and adhesive silicone, has good resistance to humidity and heat and is easily removed after sterilization.

To be used with single product packs (eg boxes, containers) to demonstrate that the pack has been subjected to the sterilization process and to be able to distinguish between sterilized and non-sterilized packs.

The “V” shaped indicators turn from olive green to brown after 40 minutes at 160 ° C.

Lead free.

NOT INTENDED FOR VALIDATION OF THE STERILIZATION PROCESS.

  • Adhesion to steel 8.0 N / 25 mm
  • Breaking load 100 N / 25 mm
  • Elongation at break 7.5%
  • Sterilization cycles 40 minutes at 160 ° C

The product must be stored in normal warehouse conditions (30-70% RH - 15-30 ° C)
The tape must be protected and detached away from direct light and heat sources.
If properly stored, it can be used for up to 2 years from the date of manufacture
